Who here likes to bowl? It’s one of my favorite pastimes, though we don’t get to go out bowling as often as I’d like, so when we hit up the Corner Alley in Cleveland, OH, I was really excited!
This bowling alley was MUCH nicer than others I’ve been to. It’s much more upscale-looking with its wood flooring and upholstered seats. I loved it! And, the Corner Alley is right in the heart of downtown Cleveland, which is a fantastic location!
Instead of having screens showing each game’s score suspended from the ceiling, the Corner Alley had large flat screen TVs, so it’s perfect for a night out – your man can have fun bowling with you while also being able to keep up with sports games! It’s the perfect place to go during football and baseball seasons! And, if that’s not enough for the men, the basement has a pool table, video games and fooseball! Head over for a night out with friends, and the ladies can bowl while the men play pool and video games!
What really makes this bowling alley different than others, though, is the fact that it has a huge food selection! Most bowling alleys only serve snacks. The Corner Alley has both lunch and dinner menus, and the food is fantastic! I had an open face steak sandwich on ciabatta bread and onion rings, and my husband had a cheeseburger with their homemade chips. The service was quick, and our waitress was wonderful! And, for all you vegetarians, there are food options for you too! The dinner menu includes a veggie wrap and a hummus bar (which sounds REALLY good) as well as salad and appetizer options!
This is another spot I want to revisit with our son when we make our next trip to Cleveland. It will be the perfect spot for a family night out!
