One of my favorite parts of our recent trip to Cleveland, OH was our visit to the Market Garden Brewery. We actually got a tour of the brewery, which was really neat! The employees were so nice and accommodating, and they showed us through the brewery and told us how they make the various beers. It was really interesting. I’d never seen or even read about how beer was made, so it was fascinating, especially the ways the make the different flavors!

The Market Garden Brewery has a HUGE selection of beers made right on site, and we got the chance to try four of them. I’ll admit – I’m not a big beer drinker, but I really liked the Citramax beer. It had a nice, orangey taste and wasn’t as bitter as other beers tend to be. I love the fact that if you’re like me and don’t like a lot of beers, you can still find something to drink and enjoy here!

In addition to the brewery, the Market Garden Brewery also has a restaurant and bar! The food was amazing, and the menu has a lot of variety! One thing that really caught my eye was the fact that each menu category had at least one vegetarian option. You don’t see that many places these days! And, the venue has such a fun atmosphere with its large patios and fireplaces. It would be such a fun place to go hang out with friends (girls or guys night out!) or your significant other! I love finding new places to go and chill!

If you’ve been wanting to learn the science behind brewing beer, you’ll love this – the brewery holds numerous events each month, including a Craft Beer Class in which you’ll learn the science behind brewing, how to set up a homebrew operation, and be able to help brew and bottle a homebrew! How cool is that?!
